There was nothing that Randy did that was anything less than wonderful. This was our first time buying a house. He explained the process, gave us tips on how to make things go more smoothly. He kept us updated from the beginning to the end of the house buying process. The tools that he has allowed us to weed out the houses that didn't fit us. I was a nervous wreck about going through with buying a house. Randy got us to the people who were just as committed to helping us get into a house as smoothly as possible.
